Nathan- I should get some rest before the next round.

Annathia nodded, her face expressionless. "Yeah..." She attempted another smile towards him before turning and leaving, walking down the hallway slowly. She was in no rush to get to her room. It wasn't like she needed sleep. She would probably end up reading for an hour or so and then slowly drifting off to sleep... If the images she had seen today didn't haunt her when she closed her eyes...

Nathan had laid back down on the couch and went to sleep to rest for the next battle.

Zeta came back from the battlefield and laid down in the grass under a tree, taking a nap.

john headed to the training ground, cutting down trees as he waited to see who zeta would be fighting

Zeta woke and decided to get a little bit of training in before she had to fight again. She walked over to the training grounds and saw John. "Hey." She said.

"hi... zeta" john said quietly, the admin in real life deleting her duble post

Zeta looked at him and then at the ground. "I'm sorry."

The pounding of drums seemed to shake the land, as well as make Annathia's heart beat faster. The quiet shrill off a failed attempt of someone trying play the flute made Annathia and Zeke rush to cover their ears, giggling. The parade floats passed by, so far all of them being disappointments, as none of them had thrown candy. Eventually, one proved to be the two's savior, as on the float were children, throwing handfuls of candy out into the road. Zeke, suddenly growing greedy at the site of candy, raced out into the street. Annathia looked up from examining her handful of sweets, to see a spooked horse, who had been part of the parade, charge straight for Zeke. She cried out to warn him, but it was too late. As soon as he turned his head to look at her, the horse reached him. And, with one swift, powerful stomp, Zeke's spine was broken. But the horse didn't stop at that. It trampled over his face, breaking his nose and pushing the bone upwards, towards his brain. Annathia, as well as several other observers, let out a scream, rushing towards the horse, arms waving in the air wildly. The horse ran along it's way, followed by several people trying to catch it. Annathia looked down, expecting the worst. And when she looked down, Zeke wasn't laying in the middle of the road, covered in blood and dying.

It was Nathan.



Gasping for air, Annathia shot straight up into a sitting position. Her eyes, wide with fear and panic, darted around to look at her surroundings. She was in her room. She ran her fingers through her sweat soaked hair, her breaths gradually slowing. "A dr-dream..." She stammered. "Just a dream..." Her eyes rested on her window, and the soft sunlight pouring through... Wait, sunlight!? She leaped out of bed, getting her legs tangled in the sheets, and falling face first onto the ground. She got up, carefully this time, and ran to the window, throwing open the curtains, and her face fell. She missed the semi-finals! Growling, she shut the curtains and ran to her dresser, grabbing simple jeans and a tank-top. She quickly dressed, throwing on boots, and ran out the door. She hurried down the hallway, only slowing her pace when she got outside. Her eyes darted around the school grounds.

"for what? your gonna be in the finals today" john said quietly

"I made you give up..." Zeta didn't look at him.

"you would of won anyways"

"You almost got me the other day." Zeta said.

"you were going easy on me"

((finalys are gonna be held here once slifer gets up, lazy bish)

"I didn't want to hurt you." Zeta still didn't look at him.

"look.. just forget about it ok.. and... be carefule... that nathen kid is good" he said hugging her

Zeta put her arms around him and set her head on his shoulder. "I'll be fine," her voice was a whisper, "I have a spell to use..."

"i just dont want to lose my girl..." he stroked her hair

"Don't worry." Zeta said, "You wont loose me."

-he kissed her gently before starting to walk to the battle ground

Zeta followed him, she hoped they might have the terrain already up, but that was highly unlikely.

Zeta sat down next to John and watched them dig out the terrain, a little confused as to why.
